Līdz 2013. gada 9.aprīlim ir iespēja pieteikties pētnieciskās žurnālistikas un ētikas programmā žurnālistiem no Latvijas un Lietuvas. Paredzētais divu dienu seminārs notiks Rīgā, Strēlnieku ielā 4a (SSE Riga). Semināra mērķis ir veicināt augstus profesionālos standartus un žurnālistu ētikas ievērošanu, kā arī sniegt iedvesmu visa īstenošanai.

The Centre for Media Studies at SSE Riga

Welcome to an intensive two-day seminars on investigative reporting and journalistic ethics for professional journalists. The goals are to promote high professional standards and journalistic ethics and to offer inspiration. We aim to provide participants with a framework, the tools, and practice in their application that can be transferred to the work environment. The interactive format of the programme provides participants with opportunities to create a professional network of colleagues, both nationally and internationally. The seminars are in English.
The programme is organised by the Centre for Media Studies at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and has been generously sponsored by the Swedish ''Anne- Marie and Gustaf Ander Foundation''.
Upon completion of the programme, participants receive certificates issued by the Centre for Media Studies at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Journalists can apply for a scholarship to cover the programme fee (the scholarship covers programme tuition, documentation, lunches, coffee, dinner, and hotel expenses). To apply for a scholarship, candidates should fill in the Scholarship Application form and submit it by April 9, 2013.

The programme fee is EURO 1000 (+ VAT). The fee covers programme tuition, documentation,
lunches, coffee, dinner, and hotel (one night, for journalists living outside Riga).
Qualified journalists can apply for a scholarship to cover the fee. There are, in total, 15 programme
fee scholarships of EURO 1000. The scholarships are awarded based on merit . Participants are
responsible for covering their own travel costs.
The programme also welcomes participants for whom the employer pays the fee. In total, there will
not be more than 20 participants in the programme.

To apply for a scholarship, candidates should fill in the Scholarship Application form and
submit it to SSE Riga Executive Education by April 9, 2013.
To register for paid participation, you are welcome to fill in the Programme Registration
Form and submit it to SSE Riga Executive Education by April 9, 2013.
