Ir atvērta pieteikšanās FEJS Ģenerālajai Asamblejai, kas notiks no 13. līdz 17. oktobrim Dortmundā, Vācijā. Asamblejas laikā tiks pārrunāti ar FEJS organizāciju saistīti aktuāli jautājumi, kā arī organizēts brauciens uz Vācijas mediju pilsētu Ķelni, apskatot vienu no lielākajām raidorganizācijām Vācijā.
Ir iespēja pieteikties Solidarity Fund, kas var palīdzēt ar ceļa izdevumiem.

The 2011 General Assembly of The Forum for European Journalism Students (FEJS international v.z.w) will be held from the 13th to the 17th of October 2011 in Dortmund, Germany, including a day trip to the media city of Cologne, where you will get a guided tour at WDR, one of the biggest public-broadcasting stations in Germany.
The General Assembly will focus on the future of the organization, the upcoming 2012 Annual Congress in Vienna, Austria and on any improvements needed within the administration.
A voting session for the next Executive Board and Secretariat will also be held, and of course the auction for the Solidarity Fund. Additional to the organization-focused program there will also be a frame program with some lectures and cultural highlights of the region.
So if you wish to apply for the FEJS General Assembly 2011, please fill out the application form.
Please note that this year we have 50 places available, acceptance of applicants will be based on experience from previous events and punctuality regarding the application deadline.
The FEJS events are mainly focused on work and information exchange among students of journalism around Europe and not just leisure – attendance to all official scheduling is required. The participation fee is 120 € and covers food and lodging. A participant may in certain cases apply for funding in order to attend an FEJS event, providing he/she meets certain requirements. Deadline to apply: 14th of August 2011. You will receive notification of your acceptance by the 17th of August. If you have been accepted you must transfer the advance payment of 20 € before the 10th of September 2011. More information regarding the payment will be found in the letter of Acceptance.
